Daily Sales — product totals for ONE date

Enter daily product totals and Save Sales. 500g coffee is deducted from PACKET stock only. If packets are insufficient, go to Inventory → Bulk to Packet first. Boss deposits are entered separately below every 3–5 days.

Boss Cash Deposit — every 3–5 days

Deposit does not create revenue or affect inventory. Cash held = opening cash + all sales − all deposits. Boss-funded expenses do not reduce held cash.

If a finalizable lot has already consumed green during roasting, the Finalize action only records sorting/waste and reclassification. It must not credit the already consumed coffee again.

Boss-funded expenses are independent of Roaster-held sales cash. For stock materials, record Inventory Receive separately; payment/purchase cost is entered here and is not automatically treated as COGS.

Monthly Business Analysis

Revenue and recorded expenses are calculated from demo transactions. COGS, gross profit and net profit are marked PENDING until complete green-yield valuation, packaging cost and direct-cost accounting are implemented. Cash handovers are not expenses.
